World Miss University Part 4
After being crowned as Miss Singapore Global Beauty Queen 2013 last year, I was given the opportunity to represent Singapore in the 26th World Miss University Pageant February this year, which took place in South Korea. And here's my little journey of 3 weeks in Korea.

YAY. Long awaited WMU Part 4. I have to admit that I have completely forgotten about this post lol. But yeap, here it is. I cannot remember exactly what happened
This was the second day in Hwacheon (if I'm not wrong). And we were on our way to this environment center in Hwacheon to have our peace and environment speech. So basically, we were required to come up with a two minutes long speech each on the topic 'peace' and 'environment'.
I only had about 2-3 hours of sleep the previous night, to be honest. I guess some of the other girls stayed up all night to write/ practice their speeches, like me, too. This is definitely not my first time delivering a speech in front of the pretty huge crowd. Despite that every time I do, I still can't help it but to feel extremely nervous.
I was pretty anti-social when I was younger. You can consider me an introvert then, actually, until I joined MSBP2013. That was when I was challenged pushed beyond my limits.
The view is incredible. I'm in love~
Briefing before we arrive at our destination!
One of the staff that took care of us during the entire WMU camp!
Sorry these two photos were upright when I uploaded them, but they refuse to remain upright after they were uploaded. So...
Free time = Photo time

Spot the 'cameraman' behind! :D
FIRST TIME. Guys, that was the first time I made a snowball successfully. Every single time, it'd just crumble and fall apart. Never in my life had any snowballs that I made held its shape. Until this.
As you can see, the staff behind me was taking a photo of someone. I have to say a big big big 'Thank you" to them. Cause for the entire camp, they spent maybe half of the time (if I'm not wrong?) taking photos of us.
He's the youngest staff there! (Only one year older than me!)
As you may already have noticed, I was having a bad hair day that day. My fringe refused to be good, and hence, the huge hole in the middle.
Otter conservation talk!
This is me delivering my environmental speech. It went pretty well, I must say, hehe. Stumbled a little towards the end but everything else was good.
My best roomie deserves a hug!! Missed her so much ever since we moved to Hwacheon from Seoul. (She was first my roommate when we were staying in Seoul).
Designed this t-shirt myself. Good right. The hanbok I drew is so pretty, isn't it? *wink*
Ignore the ugly handwriting. It was so difficult to get the alphabets right because we had to draw/ write in the reversed direction so that it will be imprinted onto the t-shirt in the correct side.
Some funny faces to mark the end of a tiresome day with Tina.
:*
:P
