28 Days to a Flatter Tummy
Living in a bustling city like Singapore with a hectic lifestyle, eating healthy and exercising regularly are never my thing. It is pretty difficult to find that sense of motivation to eat clean when I barely have time to plan out my meals daily, and junk food is already within my reach (always).
And to be honest, I am a sucker when it comes to comfort eating. I'm always always always snacking. And like most of us, chocolate is my biggest frenermy. Also, I have a rather sensitive digestive system, hence, bloating in my abdomen is quite ubiquitous. Inevitably, my weight increased too.
In my experience, I have tried many ways to lose weight. No carbs, no processed foods, Cabbage Soup Diet, Grapefruit Diet, South Beach Diet, Paleo Diet, Sweet Potato Diet. You name it. And I can tell you that I have most likely tried it at one point in my life. Not going to lie, I even tried fasting to restrict my calorie intake previously.
But sadly, and evidently, none of them worked for me. Most of the diets I've tried are crash diets that aren't meant to be followed in the long run. After one or two days, I'd find myself back at square one again. 'Night Cleanse' contains:

3) Lemongrass - anti-microbial, anti-bacterial, and enhances complexion.
4) Senna Leaves - natural laxative, anti-bloating, reduces appetite.
5) Licorice Root - relieves from cramps and constipation.
6) Peppermint

After reading about the all-natural ingredients that made up this little sachet, I was pretty confident that I will be able to see great results at the end of 28 days. Just in this little sachet, it is packed with awesome ingredients to flush out toxins from my system, reduce bloating (my biggest enermy), and burn fat (yay!)
I enjoyed drinking 'Morning Boost' so much! I just love how fruity and tropical the tea smells and tastes. Without any doubt, it did help me to curb my appetite for the rest of the day. I ate smaller portions more frequently, and I thought about food less often. If you're a regular coffee drinking in the morning, consider swapping your morning cup for a cup of 'Morning Boost'.
'Morning Boost' is to be taken every morning before or during breakfast. As it contains caffeine, it is not recommended to be consumed after 5pm. Instead of the 2-3 minutes, I like my tea bag to sit in my cup for as long as 15-20 minutes. Unlike other tea that will develop this bitterness after sitting in a cup of boiling water for longer than the recommended duration, this will only be more and more fragrant.
The 'Night Cleanse', however, has more of an earthy aroma, accompanied by a tinge of spiciness from the ginger root and a refreshing peppermint flavour.
'Night Cleanse' is to be taken once every two nights starting from day 1 of your teatox programme after dinner. I like to place the tea bag in boiling water before dinner and let it sit there for a good 30 minutes.
For people who suffer from constipation (like me D: ) or a bad digestive system, you can brew it longer for a stronger laxative effect. But not to worry, the gentle laxative effect is only strong enough to naturally cleanse and detoxify your body. It is quite unlikely for you to be stuck in the toilet for an entire day after drinking 'Night Cleanse'. And only in rare occasions where you might experience discomfort.
Just four days into this programme, I have already witnessed significant reduction in abdominal bloating (which is amazing!).
However, as for weight lost, there weren't significant changes. But I definitely felt more detoxified, and am more motivated to eat clean and stay away from junk food. Within this 28 days, I have fully experienced the effects that different foods I've consumed have on my body. And most importantly, bloating is not so much of a problem for me anymore now!!

Are there any side effects?
