Never liked to wear tops that expose my bare shoulders cause that would place an emphasis on my broad shoulders. I'll be so insecure that I'll always throw over a cardigan or blazer to cover up my shoulders. But halter tops have always been (and will always be) one of my favs. (Although the halter neckline will make my shoulders wider than it already is.)
