CNY
It's been a long while since I blogged. Have been procrastinating for quite a bit since I'd gotten back from Turkey and China. (And yes, I know I still have Turkey Part 2 to upload D: )
And yes, if you have noticed, I have been putting on a little bit of weight since then. I can never give in to good food D: And CNY just made it way worse.

Turkey Dec 2014 Part 1

Day 1
Okay, back to Turkey. The first day was quite an eye opener. The architecture and infrastructure are so different from that in Singapore.
We visited the Blue Mosque, Hippodrome of Constantinople, Hagia Sophia Museum and a drive along the coast to Canakkale before heading back to our hotels.
Goodness, guys, I have to warn you that there will be a lot of cat photos following up. The cats in Turkey are all so adorable!!
I thought it wasn't that cold, so I didn't bother wearing long pants and long sleeved top for the first day. Turned out, it was actually quite cold. And that's why.

I swear, we were so well fed! The food there were generally quite good. Except for some dishes with flavors that were a little strange to us. Guess, we were just not used to the vastly different flavors there.
Day 2
On the second day, we visited the ruins of Troy after breakfast at the hotel.
And..... TADAH! Here's the gigantic replica of the wooden Trojan horse.
